What to anticipate and how to reach our Orders team if you need assistance.

Our standard practise...

We process all orders 24 hours from the time of purchase to allow for any corrections, revisions or amendments.

Please allow 24 to 48 hours for our warehouse teams to pick your order items, book the designated courier, and for that courier to come collect them.

All orders are typically delivered within 2 weeks of the purchase date.

All of our warehouse locations operate Monday to Friday, at their local time between 9:00am to 5:00pm. Our warehouse teams enjoy weekends off to relax and recharge, just like the rest of us!

You can expect us to provide your tracking information within 3 business days of your purchase date.

Once our warehouse team books your courier, we send you the tracking number straight away. Depending on the courier, tracking information can take up to 24 hours to go live on their native website.

* Please note that delivery timeframes might be impacted due to increased volumes, and/or delays within the network - especially during seasonal retail promotion periods, such as Black Friday and in the lead-up to Christmas Day.

December Shipping Expectations

We want to keep it real with you during the festive season. December is a wild ride for couriers and our delivery partners, with packages zipping all over the place.

While we typically aim for 1 to 2 weeks, it might be more like 2 to 3 weeks during this time. Things can get a bit crazy out there, but rest assured, we're here to help with any questions or concerns along the way. Sometimes, the delivery rollercoaster isn't in our hands, but we'll ride it together!

And here's a little heads up – much of our awesome team members in the warehouses are taking a well-deserved break from December 24th 2023 to January 2nd 2024, so they'll be on a skeleton crew during that time.
