Refund policy

In this return policy, where you see a capitalised term, that capitalised term has the meaning given in our Terms.

We offer returns on Items for 30 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

  1. Items must be initiated for return by replying to your order confirmation email or by emailing us at orders@vitruvianform.com within 30 days from the date of delivery;
  2. Upon receipt of your request for a return, we will provide you with the address for the return of the Item. Return shipping will need to be covered by you;
  3. You will have 7 business days to provide us the tracking number for your shipment. If we do not receive any communication from you after 7 business days, we will cancel the return request.
  4. All Items must be in new condition, have no visible signs of wear and tear; and
  5. You are required to keep the original product packaging for the first 30 days as the returned Items need to be packed in the original packaging. If not, you are required to pay all applicable fees for the delivery and use of new custom packaging. 

If the Items are damaged upon receipt or you have received an incorrect order, you must contact us by email to orders@vitruvianform.com within 30 days from the date of delivery of the damaged or incorrect Items with photos and details of the damage, original packaging or incorrect order, and we may offer a refund, replacement or other substitution at our discretion.

You should expect to receive your refund for the items in your order within 4 weeks of sending your package to the return courier, however, in most cases you may receive your refund more promptly. This time period includes transit time for us to receive your return at the provided return address (5 to 10 business days), the required time to process your return and inspect the Items (up to 5 business days), and the time required for the refund amount to appear in your bank statements (5 to 10 business days) - return shipping is not refundable.

If you are in Australia, your rights set out above are given in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, and, subject to the Australian Consumer Law. Our return policy doesn’t replace or exclude your rights under the Australian Consumer Law or Australian law generally.
